The 2019 Craft Distilling Expo options include a stand package in the Boiler House, Boiler House Mezzanine, and the newly available and recently upgraded drive in/out Hanger, virtually next door with easy access between the two spaces.

[/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title="Contract Terms and Conditions*"][vc_column_text css=".vc_custom_1525167803705{padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;background-color: #efefef !important;}"]Craft Distilling Expo 2019 agrees to provide accepted Exhibitors with a stand at Craft Distilling Expo 2019 and an entry in the Distilling Directory as set out in the Craft Distilling Expo 2019 “Stand and Sponsorship Packages” Document.

Actual stand sizes and locations may vary. Stand prices and packages do not include wall panels or extras unless stated.  Sizes refer to footprint only and Exhibitor must ensure escape routes are clear. Stand positions may be changed by Organiser.  Displays to be cleared with Organiser. Security Deposit is retained for 30 days by Craft Distilling Expo against additional charges incurred by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and deadlines as set forth by Craft Distilling Expo 2019, and to make agreed payments for stand rental and extras in full upon receipt of invoice. Events or special demonstrations/tastings to be agreed with Craft Distilling Expo 2019 in writing in advance. Exhibitor is responsible for shipping to and from the exhibition site and to give Organiser 10 days notice of deliveries. Organiser and venue are not responsible for personal items nor exhibition materials or goods left unattended. Any items still remaining on the premises after end of take down as per above schedule are left at the sole risk of the exhibitor. Costs of removal will be deducted from, but not limited to, the Security deposit. Exhibitor agrees any unpaid extras or damages may be deducted from Security Deposit. Additional costs incurred by Exhibitor shall be payable within 30 days of invoicing.

Exhibitor is responsible for providing own insurance for loss or damage to items brought to Craft Distilling Expo 2019 and for public and employee liability. Responsibility for adhering to applicable Customs & Excise procedures relating to temporarily imported goods rests with the Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to waive any and all claims against Craft Distilling Expo 2019, New Exhibitions Ltd, the Old Truman Brewery, and their employees for any and all losses sustained by him or herself, or any associated parties. Additionally, neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any necessary licenses), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected. Any lawsuit arising out of this agreement or performance thereupon will be adjudicated under English law. This application is limited to the parties identified in the Signature details given below. Craft Distilling Expo 2019 Organiser is the sole judge on the admission of participants.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
